Meet the Chef

Chef Becky Hill has been with Mission Lakes Country Club since 2008. She graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with two degrees; one in Culinary Arts and the other in Hotel /Restaurant Management.

Chef Hill was Culinary Arts Class president, joined the Phi Theta Kappa Sorority, and graduated with honors. While in college, Becky moved to the Coachella Valley where she began her culinary career working for the Viceroy-owned restaurant, 'Citron'. Becky was the Sous Chef there for three years. Chef Hill has been featured in Desert Sun articles touting her success as a local Chef.

In May 2011, Becky participated in a local effort to educate children attending local schools about healthy food and where it comes from.
